The Ford Bronco has three different engine configurations for 2024. Most trims are equipped with a standard 2.3L four-cylinder turbocharged engine that delivers 300 horsepower. Both a 10-speed automatic transmission and a seven-speed manual transmission are available. For enhanced off-road performance, there's the option for a 2.7L twin-turbo V6 engine with 330 horsepower and a 10-speed automatic transmission.
A special 3.0L V6 engine with 418 horsepower and 440 pound-feet of torque is also exclusive to the Raptor trim. Every engine come with all-wheel drive standard for improved traction and control, while a unique driving system called Goes Over Any Type of Terrain features six or seven different modes that adjust to any type of difficult terrain you may encounter around New Town, North Dakota and beyond. When properly equipped, the Bronco has a maximum towing capacity of 3,500 to 4,500 pounds.
Interior and Exterior Design
The 2024 Ford Bronco, with its classic boxy SUV design, features both two-door and four-door models to choose from. The interior is easily accessible from almost any side thanks to removable doors and tops. Leather-wrapped steering wheel, remote keyless access, LED fog lamps, tow hooks, daytime running lights, carbonized grille, and marine-grade vinyl seating are all standard. The option for heated front seats is also available to purchase. The maximum cargo capacity with rear seats folded is 52.3 cubic feet on the two-door Bronco and 83 cubic feet on the four-door Bronco.
Safety and Technology
The 2024 Ford Bronco features a 12-inch infotainment system with SiriusXM satellite radio, seven-speaker audio system, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration. In-dash navigation and premium Bang & Olufsen audio system are optional. - The Heritage Edition features unique body-side graphics, Oxford white-painted hard top, improved suspension system and ride height, and white-painted grille with red Ford lettering.
- The Wildtrak trim features the improved 2.7L engine, unique hood graphic, improved suspension and internal bypass dampers, and leather-trimmed vinyl heated front seats.
- The Everglades trim features a factory-installed winch and snorkel, 35-inch mud terrain tires, heavy-duty modular front bumper, unique body-side graphics, and washout flooring.
- The Heritage Limited Edition comes with many of the same features as the Heritage, plus leather-trimmed/vinyl seating, perforated plaid inserts, special black gloss-painted aluminum wheels, and more.
- The ultimate Raptor trim features 37-inch tires, the 3.0L V6 engine, heavy-duty full-vehicle steel bash plates, front stabilizer bar disconnect, 360-degree camera, heavy-duty modular front bumper, improved fog lamps, and the best possible HOSS 4.0 suspension with internal bypass semi-active dampers.
- A special Sasquatch Package is available on most trims except for the Raptor. It features larger 35-inch tires, electronic-locking front and rear axles, and improved suspension with position-sensitive dampers and fender flares.
